I need to fix a lot of this - there are notable glitches everywhere.

I haven't got this perfect yet but it's almost half 1 so I'm giving up for a while.

Where do babies come from? I don't think this mother wants to reminisce about her pregnancy - morning sickness, cravings, annoying partners etc..
